School management software
ORYS Campus
Run your whole school in one piece of software, from nursery to high school: students, grades and report cards, attendance, timetable and fees. Installed on your own computers, it works even without internet.
1 year free trial, all features included
Everything a school needs
Students and enrolment
Complete records for each student and guardian, automatic ID numbers, enrolments and re-enrolments, year by year history.
Grades and report cards
Fast grade entry, averages weighted by coefficients, rankings and distinctions, PDF report cards with your school logo.
Attendance
Class roll call in a few clicks, late arrivals, excuses, absence hours shown on report cards.
Timetable
Weekly schedule per class and per teacher, with automatic detection of room and time conflicts.
Fees and payments
Fees per level and instalment, cash or mobile money payments, numbered receipts, overdue tracking.
Staff and roles
Staff records and role based accounts: management, office, accounting, teachers only see their own classes.
Built for schools on the ground
Works without internet
The software and the database stay inside the school. An internet outage never stops data entry or printing.
One database for every computer
Office, accounting and teachers share the same data, updated in real time over the school network.
Your data stays with you
Each user has an account and permissions. Backups go to your own drives.
